Administering Medication at School

Medications

All student medications require authority of a parent or guardian before administering at school. Medications are required to be taken to the Administration Office where a drug administration form can be completed and signed by the parent or carer. All medicines should be named and in the original box and must include all relevant information.
Please do not send your child to school unwell or if they are taking prescribed antibiotics.
NB: It is very important for the office to have up-to-date medical information on students.
